The Mill at Sand Road is located in the rural countryside of Bellingham, Washington. The site is often used for Crown events such as Ragnaroc and Crown War, but has played host to many Fiefdom events as well.
The site features ample onsite parking; a main field that can hold most of the camping space, merchants, and the combat erics; woods with trails and clearings which are excellent for forest battle scenarios; a castle for siege scenarios; and a vast back field for field battles and additional camping.

No heating: Bring clothing and bedding appropriate to the weather. Wood fire pits are not provided but you may be permitted to use your own; propane fire pits are preferred.
Essentials to Bring
Appropriate clothing/bedding: no heated spaces onsite. Bring appropriate garb and bedding for the time of year. Bring a contained fire pit (propane preferred) if you desire some heat in the evenings.
Garbage bags and space to load them: There are onsite garbage/dumpsters, but you need to find out in advance if these are available for use. Plan for a strict pack-it-in-pack-it-out / leave-no-trace trip. Bring bags for your garbage, and leave room in your vehicle to haul them home.
Lots of ice: no power onsite outside of the mill (mostly for recharging your devices) or refrigerators/freezers to keep perishable foods cold.
First aid and medical supplies
Power, if you need it: only power is at the mill, mostly for recharging devices and batteries. Bring a silent large-capacity power bank to power CPAP machines, phone chargers, or similar.
Personal light: the site gets dark and there is no onsite lighting. Bring a headlamp or flashlight, and spare batteries as needed.
Firewood if you plan to use a wood fire pit.
Propane and stove/fire pits if you need fire for cooking or heat in your camp.
Bug spray and/or bug repellent candles/torches (do not leave unattended) are recommended during the warm months.
Sun screen: the site does not have much natural shade, aside from the forest trails.
