Greetings, Citizens of Ardesca! I come to you with a map of the site and the explanation of how land will work this year.
Placement
In order to foster an immersive experience, we will be setting up camp in a "U" shape. In the blank space between the legs of the "U", will be Kingdom "free" space where court, classes, etc. will be held. This space also acts as an easy place for everyone to come together and mingle. Each branch in attendance will be allotted 50 feet of "courtside" space, where they should display their most period and beautifully decorated encampment items. The rest of the encampment will be built behind this.
There will be walking rows at strategic places around the "U", so access to the center is easy from multiple places.
I ask that all Lords of attending branches contact me, so we can be sure to make our “U” big enough to accommodate 50 feet for each branch. You may make requests of general area of the “U” you would like and I will do my best to accommodate these requests. If there are duplicate requests for an exact location (i.e. the left side end), I will follow the feudal structure of Ardesca. If both requestors are of the same status, then it will go to the first request. If multiple branches want to camp together, I ask that you coordinate before messaging me and only one Lord of that co-op of branches contacts me, so I’m not inundated with messages and trying to marry which branches want to camp together.
We will be holding our last site prep party on August 17th. If you would like to come help with site prep on that weekend, you may set up your encampment and leave it there for the week.

If anything contradicts, assume the information below is accurate as we may have special arrangements with the site owners. Here are some quick details about the site:
There is water on site. It is potable and it is from a well.
There is little shade available on site, please plan accordingly with sun shades and sun screen.
We will have ice available for sale on site. The closest store is Safeway, which is about a 15 minute drive North into town. If you are traveling over the bridge to get here, you will pass that Safeway on the way to the site.
There is no access to the beach from this property, but there is a public access beach just down the road.
Dogs are welcome, but please make sure they are up to date and have their rabies certificates.
This property is an operating equine facility and as such will have horses on property. They will be in the front fields, away from where we are camping and fighting.
There is electricity on site in the event of an emergency. However, this electricity is paid for by the private property owner, so we cannot allow for everyone to charge their personal devices over the weekend. If you need electricity for a medical reason, please contact one of the autocrats so we know that in advance and can ensure that you are taken care of.
