The County of al-Madeena is led by the Caliph of al-Madeena with allied branches in fealty to al-Madeena. The purpose of the county is to help create and inspire new branches to form and work together to create an elite band of fighters, artisans, dancers, and musicians that support the growth and glory of the realm.
